Century II and The YMCA of Middle Tennessee Corporate Partner Plan

Your employer and Century II, care about you and your well-being and now offer a special membership plan with the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Through the plan, you have access to all the YMCA programs at 23 middle Tennessee locations, at a discounted monthly rate paid through payroll deduction.

The plan is open to everyone who receives a paycheck from Century II and any member of their household. If you join the plan, you receive 10% off the monthly YMCA membership rates AND the joining fee is completely waived. Payments are through payroll deduction, one deduction per month.

How to Sign Up

  1. Print a membership form and the payroll deduction form. If you are currently a member of the YMCA, print the Corporate Partner Change of Information form and payroll deduction form. If you want to join the YMCA, print the Corporate Partner Member Application form and payroll deduction form.
  2. Return the completed forms to the Century II Benefit Team at jboone@centuryii.net or 615-346-1517 (fax).

  • One Adult (Age 29-61) — regular rate $62, plan rate $55.80
  • One Adult plus Children — regular rate $89, plan rate $80.10
  • One Young Adult (Age 19-28) — regular rate $49, plan rate $44.10
  • One Senior (Age 62+) — regular rate $56, plan rate $50.40
  • Two Adults — regular rate $89, plan rate $80.10
  • Two Adults plus Children — regular rate $96, plan rate $86.40
  • Two Seniors (Age 62+) — regular rate $74, plan rate $66.60

No, the joining fee is waived for plan members.
3. Where can I use my YMCA membership?
Your membership is good at all of the 23 YMCA locations in Middle Tn. You may also visit other YMCAs throughout the country that participate in the Y AWAY program. See our Location Map.

6. What if I am already a YMCA of Middle Tennessee member?
You can still participate in this program and take advantage of the discount and payroll deduction. Complete the Corporate Partner Change of Information form and the payroll deduction form. Return both forms to the Century II Benefit Team.
7. How do I pay for my membership?
Payroll deduction though Century II. Your monthly payment will be deducted from one paycheck per month.
8. When can I join the plan?
You can sign up any time you want to and begin using the YMCA immediately. Your payroll deduction will begin the first payroll of the month after you join.
9. When can I change my plan/membership category?
You can change any part of your membership, like add nor remove household members, at the start of any quarter -- on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1.
10. How can I change my plan/membership category?
Complete the Corporate Partner Change of Information form and the payroll deduction form. Return both forms to the Century II Benefit Team at the start of any quarter -- on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1.
11. What if I no longer want to participate in the plan?
You can terminate your membership, stopping the payroll deduction, at the start of any quarter -- on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1. Complete the Corporate Partner Change of Information form and the payroll deduction form. Return both forms to the Century II Benefit Team.
12. What happens if I leave my Century II-affiliated company?
When you no longer receive a paycheck form Century II, your membership in the plan will terminate. However, you can sign up or transfer your YMCA membership by contacting any YMCA directly. You can discuss rate options whenever you sign up directly with the YMCA.
