Century II

Nashville HR pre employment screening

Century II can provide efficient and cost-effective pre-employment screening. We can put together a screening program to suit your company's needs.

Our most comprehensive and cost-effective screening option is the Standard Comprehensive Pre-Employment Screening Package. If applicants choose not to divulge all of the places they have lived and worked, you could miss some critical clues regarding their possible criminal histories. The Standard Comprehensive Pre-Employment Screening Package offers a wider search scope, thereby increasing the hit rate by 70% or more.

Standard Comprehensive Pre-Employment Screening Package

Social Security Number Report - A database search is conducted with one of the major credit bureaus. Reported information may include name or names associated with the Social Security Number, current address, employers, and previous addresses.

County Criminal Search - The Social Security Number Report will reveal the county of residence for the last seven years. Researchers then perform records searches of each county courthouse (up to 3 counties), thereby giving a more current search than those performed by state databases.

NationScan Criminal Index Search - A database search of more than 150 million criminal records from across the United States (excluding Wyoming, South Dakota, Vermont, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Delaware, and Louisiana) is performed, supplementing other criminal records checks to improve the effectiveness of your program. Multiple data sources are searched, including Departments of Corrections, state court administrations, state law enforcement agencies, traffic courts, state and county criminal record repositories, and prison parole and release files. This search could potentially reveal criminal records from unreported jurisdictions across the country.
