Beginning in May 2001, Century II established a subsidiary, Century II Services. Century II Services specializes in employee benefits and provides consultation to Century II clients.

Century II Services believes that the most important step is working closely with the business owner and senior management on the front end to design a comprehensive benefit package that is competitive in the market place and assist the company in attracting and retaining the best employees while maintaining affordability. This is acheived by semi-annual and annual benefits reviews, which may include employee benefit satisfaction surveys, competitive analysis, and employee benefit communication.
