We at Century II are proud to say we are participating in the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce Mobility Week! Mobility Week is a county-wide initiative being held Sept. 12-16. The focus is to explore practical ways for Williamson County as a community to reduce traffic on our roadways. Each day of the week will promote a different way to “activate” our community.
Century II is participating by holding the following activities for our employees:
- Monday, Sept. 12: The Kona Ice of Music City South is coming to offer delicious shaved ice and encourage our employees to get out and walk during their breaks.
- Tuesday, Sept. 13: The Brothers Burger food truck is coming on site during lunchtime so our employees won’t need to drive anywhere to get lunch.
- Wednesday, Sept. 14: We are having a Potluck Brunch so that our employees can enjoy a community lunch together and won’t need to drive during the busy lunch hours.
- Friday, Sept. 16: We are having a tailgating event in our parking lot where we will grill, play football, and our Executive Team will play Pie in the Face!
We are proud and excited to participate in Mobility Week, and encourage other businesses in Williamson County to do the same. WCCC says, “Mobility Week is about changing behavior to reduce congestion and improve circulation in peak hours in Williamson County. It’s about urging companies, large and small, to allow employees to have flexible schedules, work from home, and create a carpooling/ridesharing program.” Learn more by watching this video
