We provide Human Resource services such as benefits administration, risk management, consulting and training, and payroll services, just to name a few. Our client companies are in a wide variety of industries, ranging in size from small professional groups with as few as five employees to larger multi-site, multi-state corporations with as many as 700 employees. Currently, Century II provides human resource services to approximately 4,000 employees in nearly every state.
Payroll Administration
Our ten-member team with over 50 years combined experience will administer all payroll services, including new hire reporting, vacation and sick time accruals, tax administration including W-2's, garnishments, and unemployment management.
Workers' Compensation and Risk Management
Our risk management team with over 30 years combined experience will ensure your business is in compliance with all safety regulations. We provide workers' compensation classification, safety site inspections, OSHA logs, and safety plans and training. Our experts will also administer your workers' compensation policy, providing you with an approved medical panel and aggressive claims management, as well as annual training sessions as needed.
Benefits Administration
Our five-member team with over 40 years combined experience will act as your total benefits department. We will administer current plans as well as shop and recommend new or additional coverage as necessary. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, supplemental insurance policies, College Savings Plan, Flexible Spending Accounts, and an employee assistance program, which provides counseling sessions for employees and their family members should the need arise.
Regulatory Compliance
Once you become a client of Century II, you will have full access to our HR expertise. We will provide on-site HR visits, customized new hire packets, employee disciplinary procedures and forms, and employee handbooks. We will also conduct on-site HR audits and investigations should any allegations, claims or DOL violations arise.
Employment Practices Liability Insurance
By working with Century II, you will automatically be enrolled in our group EPLI plan, which will protect you, the employer, in the event of a lawsuit regarding improper hiring/termination practices, harassment, or other workplace tort. This is a claims-made policy in which the cost of defense is included. As an advocate for our clients, we believe that this insurance is invaluable. Due to our years of experience in the HR field, we are truly the experts and know what can and does happen in the business world everyday. These situations are not just limited to large corporations.

Century II, along with our highly qualified partners, will examine your current retirement plans being offered and provide options for future change and growth. We provide 401(k) and profit-sharing benefits and can provide pre-retirement counseling and retirement planning for employees.
