Century II




In 2006, Tena Mayberry was named President at one of the nation's most established employee leasing firms. She oversees Century II's day-to-day operations and heads the company's sales and marketing department.  Previously, Mayberry served as Senior Vice President and COO.

With more than 15 years management experience in sales, operations management and employee development, Mayberry understands the business challenges facing small business owners.

Mayberry was named Vice President of Century II Staffing in 1997 when the firm was acquired by CSM, Inc., the parent company of Contract Sales Managers. At the time of the acquisition, Mayberry was Vice President and General Manager of Contract Sales Managers, a sales management outsourcing firm.

She joined Contract Sales Managers in 1991 and served as its senior sales executive for five years until 1996 when she was named vice president and general manager. During her tenure with Contract Sales Managers, she hired, trained and managed a staff of sales professionals who worked as an extension of the firm's client organizations.

Prior to joining Contract Sales Managers, Mayberry served for five years in various management positions with Kroger Co. and two years as office manager of Norrell Temporary Services in Nashville.

Mayberry holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management from Tennessee Technological University.

She is a member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce and is also active with her church and family.
