Scott Tant leads a team of sales professionals in developing new clients for Century II. His 18 years of experience in sales and management provides a core knowledge base as he guides the development efforts to grow Century II’s business.

In addition to hiring and training sales professionals, he also provides ongoing management and coaching for the team. Tant joined Century II in 2001 from a position as sales and marketing manager for a Nashville-based software company. Prior to that, he was vice president of CSM, Inc., a niche staffing firm founded by Marc Fortune.

A Nashville native, Tant holds a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Trevecca University. He is active in his community, having served on the Metro School Board and as a YMCA basketball and soccer coach.  Tant currently serves as a Board Member of Mercy Children's Clinic, where he is involved as the chair of the Mercy Children's Clinic Golf Classic committee.  Tant is also involved with Junior Achievement, Financial Executives International, and serves as an active member of his church.
