

As Executive Vice President for Century II, Kim Troup is a member of the management team of one of the nation's most established employee leasing firms. She directs the client services team that handles the day-to-day operations for Century II's growing client base.
With more than 15 years experience in human resources and management, Troup's unique understanding of the human resource needs of both the client company and their employees plays a major role in positioning Century II for continued record growth.
Troup was named Vice President of Operations for Century II in 1999 after serving as operations manager. She came to the firm from Cumberland Science Museum where she was Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Prior to that, she served as Personnel Coordinator for Trinity College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois.
Troup holds her Master's in Human Resource Development/Management from National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois and a B.S. in Public Health from East Tennessee University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She has also been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and has the DDI training certification.
She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and is a mentor in the Middle Tennessee SHRM Mentor Program.
