In her role as Vice President, Business Development, Kelly Roy is responsible for new client growth at Century II.  She works directly with the business owner to assess the value of our services as well as the strategic long-term benefits of Human Resource outsourcing.  She specializes in the healthcare industry as well as structuring retirement plans for small to medium sized businesses.

Roy brings over 15 years of sales experience to the Century II team.  She joined Century II in 1999 and has served in the positions of Benefits Manager, Sales Representative, and Sales Manager before being promoted to Vice President in 2008.

She is very active in the community, serving on the Board of Waves, Inc. and as a member of the Allocations Committee for United Way of Williamson County.  Previously, Roy served 4 years on the Board of the Nashville chapter of the Medical Group Manager's Association.   Roy is also a member of the Ohio State Alumni Association, Middle Tennessee Chapter and works with high school students through the OSU College Fair program.  She is active in her church and her children's school volunteering on several committees.

Originally from Ohio, Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and is an avid Buckeye fan.
