


As Client Services Manager, Jennifer Keith leads the client services team, overseeing the operations and ongoing client relations program for Century II client companies.
With more than 14 years of experience in human resource management and customer service, Keith brings a high level of customer service expertise to her position.
Prior to joining Century II in 2001, Keith served as Area Manager of a national healthcare staffing company, working with client service teams from Nashville, Mobile, Birmingham, San Antonio, and Dallas.
A graduate of Mississippi State University with a concentration in management, Keith is a member of the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is also involved in local animal rescue groups such as Middle Tennessee Animal Rescue.
